BTI Certificates

What are they? Why pursue one? How to do it?

Currently two certificates are authorized for students through the BTI central office, in International Mission and Ecumenism and in Religion and Conflict Transformation. (Students who have begun work in two additional areas, Religion and Science and Youth and Young Adult Ministry Studies will be allowed to complete their work.)

II. Religion and Conflict Transformation

The constituent schools of the BTI are reviewing the area of certification toward the idea of widening the certificate process through grounding certificates in individual member schools, but making them available to all students throughout the consortium. Look for continued evolution in coming academic terms.
